Sharon, 55 – The 50 Over 50 Women’s Portrait Campaign

Sharon, 54

This is my wonderful sister, Sharon.  She’s been my protector and my support since I was born.  She’s a few years older than me, and she loves asking people which of us looks the oldest!

Then she laughs.  She has a sense of humour like no other person I know, and she was born for the stage.

She also has the biggest, kindest heart, and connects with people on a deep level.

She will see the real you, and she has the ability to make you feel seen.

In today’s world, with technology disconnecting us from reality, my sister is a breath of fresh air.

Except when she hasn’t eaten. Then she’s more on the stormy side.

She’s a resin artist and immerses herself in this world of colour and creativity.  I am in awe of her talent and proud that she’s my sister and that we get to do life together.
