Jade’s family photo shoot in their garden / Cape Town

I met Jade at a previous photo shoot when I was doing business headshots of her for a law firm she works at.  She had never had a family photo shoot done before, and asked if I’d do one at her home.  Her and hubby Louis have 2 gorgeous, lively sons, who have a fabulous huge garden to play in.  They play so well together, and the older of the two lives up to his ‘big brother’ reputation, and looks after his baby brother by driving him all over the garden in his ‘car’!  They were such fun to photograph, and I wish I had owned a Fitbit then because I’m sure I would have clocked up over 10000 steps running up and down the garden to photograph them!  One of the most fun shoots I’ve done, and a such a lovely, easy going family.  They are so relaxed with their children and make parenthood look like a walk in the park. Or perhaps they are just naturals at it!  I’ve had so many shoots over the past few months with the build-up to Christmas, I’ve been quite behind with blogging.  Some shoots just work better with post-production in black and white, so most of their photos were edited like this.
