Charlie & Emma| Pre-wedding celebrations / Marstrand Island /Sweden

Marstrand is an island town off the west coast of Sweden, with a tiny population of approximately 1500 people.  It was also the perfect picturesque setting for Charlie and Emma’s pre-wedding celebration.  On Friday late afternoon friends and family all took a ferry to Marstrand from the mainland, and it felt so exciting to be traveling to a place I’ve never been before.

Everyone enjoyed canapes and drinks outside at the charming historic “Society House” (Swedish: Societetshuset), overlooking the water.  Later in the evening, a beautiful dinner was served, followed by heartwarming speeches.
