I met Jocelyn (Jos) and Stewart in London for their engagement shoot last year in London. The months seemed to fly by, and before I knew it, I was spending the wedding day with this stunning couple at the luxurious Richard Branson’s, Mont Rochelle Hotel and winery.  Their friends and family flew in from all across the globe to celebrate with them, some having arrived a week leading up their wedding day, so they could all stretch out the celebrations and take in some sights in Cape Town too.  Although the weather had been stormy the day before, on the day it had cleared quite a lot and the light was incredible.  Cara, from Mosaic Weddings has the most brilliant attention to detail, and organised and co-ordinated the entire day meticulously.
