My previous lovely bride, Zhinous (click: here) recommended me to to her friends Manar and Adrian.  Word of mouth is the most powerful  marketing, and so it was that I got to photograph their spectacular wedding at Fulltofta Castle Ballroom, in Lund, south of Sweden. They are a stunning couple, and laugh so much together. As the Swedes know, Sweden has very unpredictable weather, even in summer.  But the wedding day was warm and sunny all day – with stunning blue skies and a gentle breeze.  Manar and Adrian got ready at Hotel Finn in Lund, with the bridesmaids upstairs, and the guys downstairs.   Before all their family and friends arrived, Adrian and Manar decided to have a ‘first look’.  Adrian waited, facing the Castle, while Manar walked along the path, and then gently tapped him on his shoulder.  It’s moments like that, that make me realise how wonderful it is to be a wedding photographer. We had a couple of hours to do the creative shoot around the castle, and there were so many gorgeous areas and backdrops.  After their shoot, guests started arriving, and then their ceremony took place in the sunshine on the lawn.  Their friend Fredrik sang two songs for them, which added a lovely personal touch to the ceremony.  Two of the guests fired confetti ‘bomb’s’, so bits of glistening gold paper came floating down, and then they were showered with rice.  The speeches and a few games followed, which had everyone laughing so much.  When the music started at around midnight, everyone hit the dance floor and had the best time celebrating the rest of a perfect day with with the happy couple.

Thank you Manar and Adrian for being so wonderful, fun and relaxed. It was amazing to be part of your day and to meet so many of your lovely friends and family.
